Ingredients
- White currant - 1.5 kg
- Sugar - 1 kg
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Remove the twigs from the currant and cover it with sugar.
Bring to a boil and reduce the heat to minimum.
Cook the jam for 20-30 minutes, stirring, and roll it into sterile jars.
