Gooseberry with orange for winter through a meat grinder

Ingredients
- Gooseberry - 1 kg
- Orange - 3 pcs.
- Sugar - 1,3 kg
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pick the gooseberries, cut off the tails, rinse under running water, throw them into a colander.
Wash the oranges well. Cut one into cubes together with the peel, peel the rest and dice the pulp.
Pass the prepared gooseberries and oranges through a meat grinder.
Place the resulting mixture in an enameled container, add half the sugar and mix. Leave the workpiece for 10-15 minutes and mix again.
Add the remaining sugar and heat the workpiece over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it completely dissolves. Do not bring the jam to a boil!
Put the ready-made gooseberry jam with orange in sterile jars and close with nylon lids. Store the cooled billet in the refrigerator.
