Bell pepper lecho with tomatoes and rice for winter

Lecho for winter is one of my favorite dishes, because it goes perfectly with various products and is suitable for a variety of occasions. Especially such a classic version of Bulgarian pepper with tomatoes. And for satiety, I add a little rice to it.

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop tomatoes with a blender, grate carrots, finely chop onion and pepper. Rinse the rice.
Add sugar, salt and butter to the tomato mass. Bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes.
Add all the vegetables and garlic, and cook for another 5 minutes.
Add spices and after another 5 minutes - rice.
Boil everything together for 20 minutes and put it in sterile jars.
Sterilize the lecho for another 20 minutes and then roll it up for the winter.
