- Black Currant - 2 kg
- Sugar - 1 kg
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Sort the currants, rinse and dry them slightly.
Put the berries in a cooking pot, stir, cover with sugar and leave for 2-3 hours to form juice.
Then bring the billet to a boil over high heat and, stirring and removing the foam, boil for about 5 minutes.
Pour boiling currant jam into pre-sterilized jars, seal tightly and cool. Store the cooled workpiece in a cool, dark place.
