The spicy preparation will delight lovers of savory dishes. Cucumbers are cooked in Georgian with the addition of garlic and hot pepper. By adjusting the amount of these ingredients, you will choose the degree of sharpness to your liking. Instead of tomato sauce, you can use juice or tomato paste.
Ingredients
- Cucumbers - 2 kg
- Hot red pepper - 100 g
- Garlic - 100 g
- Vinegar - 120 ml
- Tomato sauce - 350 ml
- Vegetable oil - 150 ml
- Coriander (in grains) – 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - 1 art.l.
- Water (boiled) – 500 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut cucumbers into long cubes.
Cut the hot pepper in half lengthwise, peel from the seeds and grind in a blender.
Peel the garlic from the husk and cut into large pieces.
Put coriander, garlic and cucumbers in jars.
Mix tomato sauce, water, hot pepper, oil, vinegar and salt.
Pour the marinade into jars, sterilize for 15 minutes and roll up.
