Ingredients

For mushrooms::
For Marinade::
  • Sugar - 1 art.l.
  • Vinegar - 50 ml
  • Vegetable oil - 2 art.l.
  • Black Pepper - 6 peas
  • Bay leaf - 3 pieces
  • Salt - 1 tsp.
  • Water - 1 l

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Clean the aspen trees, rinse and fill with cold water.

Add salt, peeled onion and cook for 20 minutes.

Remove the onion, flip the mushrooms into a colander and rinse with cold water.

Put the aspen mushrooms in a saucepan, add water, oil, spices, sugar and salt. Boil everything together for 15 minutes.

Pour in the vinegar and turn off the heat after 2 minutes.

Put the mushrooms in sterilized jars, roll them up and wrap them up for a day with a thick blanket.
