I offer you a proven recipe. I cook a salad of grated cucumbers every year. I usually use old and ugly vegetables for this. They are sold at a low price on the market, so such a billet costs a mere penny.
Ingredients
- Cucumbers - 2 kg
- Garlic - 50 g
- Vegetable oil (odorless) – 80 ml
- Vinegar - 60 ml
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - 35 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the cucumbers and grate them on a coarse grater.
Add ground pepper, salt, oil and garlic passed through the press.
Stir and simmer for 10 minutes.
Pour in the vinegar, soak for another 2 minutes and close in clean, dry jars.
