Porcini mushrooms are rightfully considered royal. Therefore, many are afraid to work with such a delicacy, so as not to spoil it. In fact, there is nothing complicated here. For example, here is a great recipe for salted porcini mushrooms for the winter, which has not let my family down for ten years.

Ingredients

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Boil the mushrooms in boiling salted water for 20-30 minutes.

Throw it in a colander, rinse and let it drain.

Put half of the dill, garlic and salt in a salting container.

Put the mushrooms on top and again dill, garlic and salt.

Leave the workpiece under pressure for a day at room temperature.

Then put the mushrooms in the refrigerator for another couple of days, until the brine becomes cloudy.

Place them in clean, dry jars, cover with nylon lids and store in a cool, dark place.
