There is no single generally accepted recipe for Russian okroshka, and every housewife has her own little secrets. For example, I often add sausages and boiled carrots. And today I will tell you how to do it correctly and what else you will need.
Ingredients
- Potatoes - 3 pieces
- Sausages - 300 g
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Radish - 150 g
- Greenery - 1 bundle
- Sour cream - 3 art.l.
- Kvass - 1-1.5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil potatoes, carrots and eggs until tender.
Dice all the ingredients together with the sausages and chop the greens.
Mix everything with sour cream and pour the okroshka with kvass.
