Step-by-step cooking recipe

Remove the seeds from the cherry, cover it with sugar and leave it overnight.

Bring to a boil, remove from heat and leave for another 2 hours.

Repeat the previous step.

Boil the jam for the third time, boil for 10 minutes and roll it into sterile jars.
