On the one hand, it is easy and inexpensive to buy ready-made ketchup. On the other hand, you will not find such a variety of options in any supermarket as you can cook yourself. And this is not even raising the issue of controversial compositions. I'm sharing a great homemade recipe for zucchini ketchup with tomatoes!

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Wash the vegetables, cut them arbitrarily and simmer with oil for about 25 minutes.

Grind the mass with a blender and grind through a sieve.

Add sugar, salt and spices to taste.

Simmer the sauce for another 20 minutes on low heat.

At the end, pour in the vinegar and roll the ketchup into sterilized jars.
