The table is bursting with a variety of dishes, but do you want to supplement it with something else? It can be dried plums with garlic. Put them on a plate, sprinkle with fragrant herbs or serve just like that. An appetizing snack is guaranteed to be in the spotlight.
Ingredients
- Plums - 2 kg
- Garlic - 50 g
- Black Pepper - 6 peas
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Olive oil - 250 ml
- Salt - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the plums in half and peel the seeds.
Put the fruit on a covered baking sheet and sprinkle with salt.
Dry 8-10 hours in the oven at 60 degrees.
Put the finished plums in dry jars, adding spices and finely chopped garlic.
Fill with oil, close the lids tightly and store in a dark, cool place.
