- Gooseberry - 2 kg
- Hot red pepper - 100 g
- Garlic - 100 g
- Cilantro - 10 g
- Parsley - 10 g
- Vinegar - 80 ml
- Fenugreek - to taste

- Water - 200 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the gooseberries from the dry tails and put them in a saucepan.
Add water and boil for 10 minutes.
Puree the mass with an immersion blender, and then wipe through a sieve.

Chop the herbs, hot pepper and peeled garlic.
