Ingredients
- Pear - 700 g
- Gooseberry - 1 kg
- Sugar - 1 kg
- Water - 1 glass
- Vanillin - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cook a homogeneous syrup of water and sugar.
Peel and finely chop the pears. Cut off the gooseberry tails.
Dip everything into the syrup and bring it to a boil again.
Cook the jam for 15 minutes, remove from heat and let cool.
Bring to a boil again, add vanilla, cook for another 15 minutes and roll into sterile jars.
