I love making jams and I think that every lover of sweets should try his hand at this art. My favorite recipe is roasted seedless plum jam in a frying pan. The unusual cooking technology adds a unique aroma and taste to the familiar billet.
Ingredients
- Plums (without pits) – 500 g
- Sugar - 150 g
- Citric acid - 0.25 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the plums into slices, put them in a frying pan and cover with sugar.
Add citric acid, stir and put on medium heat.
Bring the mass to a boil, reduce the heat to a minimum and simmer the jam for 10 minutes under the lid.
Periodically remove the foam and mix.
Remove the lid and simmer the jam for another 10-15 minutes.
Roll it up in sterile jars.
