Ingredients
- Gherkins - 2 kg
- Garlic - 9 teeth
- Water - 1.2 l
- Chili pepper - 3 pieces
- Salt - 2 art.l.
- Sugar - 1 tbsp.l.
- Dill - 3 umbrella
- Vodka - 60 ml
- Vinegar - 3 tsp.
- Bay leaf - 3 pieces
- Allspice - 1 art.l.
- A mixture of peppers with peas - 1 art.l.
- Carnation - 6 pieces
- Coriander (grains) – 1 tbsp.l.
- Mustard Seeds - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pre-fill the gherkins with cold water for a couple of hours.
Put all the additives and spices in sterile jars, pour in vodka and vinegar, and lay out the gherkins.
Boil water with sugar and salt. Pour over the gherkins.
Sterilize them in a pot of hot water for 15 minutes and roll them up.
