If you want a hearty but easy lunch, you can cook soup with corn dumplings. A simple dish will not take you much time. In addition, it is prepared from the most common ingredients. Unless corn flour may not be at hand, but it can be bought at any store.
Ingredients
- Bell pepper - half
- Green onion - 2 of the stem
- Parsley - 3 twigs
- Italian herbs - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable broth - 1,5 l
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Flour - 150 g
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Water (warm) – 60 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the bell pepper, parsley and green onion into small pieces.
Boil the vegetable broth, add bell pepper, Italian herbs, parsley and boil for 10 minutes.
Mix egg, corn flour, salt and ground black pepper.
Pour in warm water and knead the dough of medium density.
Form a thin sausage from the dough and cut into pieces of the same size.
Pour the dough pieces into the boiling soup. Stir so that they do not stick to the bottom of the pan. Boil for 7 minutes.
Add salt, sprinkle with green onions and insist under the lid for 10-15 minutes.
