Okroshka on beer is not the most common phenomenon, but it certainly deserves attention. Of course, it's not worth abusing such a dish, and it definitely won't work for children, but still the experiment turns out to be very curious.
Ingredients
- Potatoes - 3 pieces
- Radish - 150 g
- Cucumbers - 3 pieces
- Greenery - 1 bundle
- Green onion - 1 bundle
- Chicken eggs - 4 pieces
- Dark beer - 1.5 l
- Sour cream (or mayonnaise) – 3 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil potatoes and eggs.
Thinly and finely chop all the ingredients and herbs to taste.
Pour the okroshka with beer and add a little sour cream or mayonnaise.
