In this recipe, I prefer to use boiled chicken because it goes better with light fresh vegetables. The density of the okroshka can vary, depending on the amount of dressing and kefir that you use.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 1 piece
- Cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Potatoes - 3 pieces
- Radish - 150 g
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Dill - 0.5 bundles
- Sour cream - 100 g
- Kefir - 400 ml
- Water - 1 l
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Mustard - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the chicken, potatoes and eggs until tender. Let it cool down.
Finely chop all the ingredients and chop the dill.
Mix everything with sour cream and mustard, season and pour the okroshka with kefir and water.
