Adjika is another great dressing for borscht, along with tomato sauce or fresh tomatoes. Homemade blanks are best suited, but you can also take a proven store brand. The main thing is that it has a good composition.

Cut potatoes into cubes, carrots and beets into strips, chop onions, chop cabbage.

Boil the broth and send potatoes and cabbage to it, let them cook.

Fry the onion for 3 minutes, add the carrots and beets and fry until soft.

Add the adjika, stir and simmer for 5 minutes.

Transfer the roast to the borscht and cook until all the vegetables are ready. Season at the end.
