Have you ever tried milk soup with salmon? Let's fix this situation as soon as possible, especially since such a dish is very simple to prepare. You can use any red fish to your liking, but personally I prefer salmon.

Ingredients

  • Milk - 2 glasses
  • Water (boiled) – 500 ml
  • Salmon (fillet) – 300 g
  • Potatoes - 250 g
  • Onion - 1 piece
  • Butter - 50 g
  • Flour - 2 art.l.
  • Black Pepper - 3 peas
  • Salt - to taste
  • Greenery (any) – 2 twigs

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Chop salmon, herbs, lemon, peeled potatoes and onions.

Melt the butter in a deep cauldron. Add the onion and fry until golden brown.

Add potatoes, water, black pepper and boil for 10 minutes after boiling.

Pour in the salmon, pour in the milk mixed with flour and cook for another 7 minutes.

Add salt, sprinkle with herbs and remove from heat.
