Step-by-step cooking recipe

Boil the beef until tender. Remove from the broth and cut into cubes with the rest of the meat ingredients.

Send the lentils to the boiling broth. After 10 minutes, add the potatoes and all the meat. Cook for another 10 minutes.

Fry the onion and carrot until soft. Add cucumbers and tomato, and fry for another 5 minutes. Send the roast to the soup.

Add the sliced olives and cook all together for another 15 minutes.
