Ingredients
- Smoked Meat - 300 g
- Peas - 200 g
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Chili pepper - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Paprika (smoked) – 1 art.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Greenery - 0.5 beam
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Soak the peas overnight. Fill with water and put to boil.
After an hour, add the chopped smoked meat. Cook for another 20 minutes.
Chop carrots, onions and peppers. Fry until soft and send to the soup.
After 10 minutes, add spices, crushed garlic and chili.
Warm up the soup for a couple more minutes and remove from the stove. Sprinkle with chopped herbs.
