Remove the seeds from the apricots, cut and mix the pulp with sugar and leave overnight.

Peel the tangerine slices from the films, cut them arbitrarily, add to the apricots and mix.

Bring the jam to a boil, boil for 5 minutes and let it cool completely.

Repeat the previous step.

Boil the jam again for 5 minutes and roll it into sterile jars.
