Peach jam is the most delicious and favorite preparation for both children and adults. Beautiful, transparent and very fragrant, this jam is wonderful regardless of consistency. You can cook homogeneous or with pieces of fruit - choose how you like it best.

Wash the peaches, put them in a deep bowl, pour boiling water and leave for 5-10 minutes. Then drain the water, remove the skin from the fruit and remove the bones, cut the pulp into cubes.

Fill the prepared peaches with sugar, shake the bowl so that the sugar is evenly distributed. Leave the workpiece for 1 hour at room temperature to form juice.

Put the peaches together with the resulting juice in a cooking pot and bring to a boil over medium heat. Boil, stirring, for 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and leave to cool completely (you can overnight).

Put the workpiece on the fire again, bring to a boil and cook for 20-30 minutes with minimal heat, stirring.

Beat the hot peach mass lightly with a blender. Don't get carried away if you want to get a treat with pieces of fruit. If you prefer a homogeneous jelly-like jam, beat the mass until smooth.

Pour hot apricot jam into pre-prepared sterile jars, seal tightly, turn upside down and cool.
