Beetroot without cabbage for the winter in cans

Making such canned food for the winter, you will greatly facilitate your cooking in the future. Let's say you want to cook beetroot soup without cabbage, and it is already half-finished stored in jars. Just add it to the broth, bring it to the spices and boil for 5 minutes.
Ingredients
- Beetroot - 2 kg
- Carrots - 200 g
- Onion - 300 g
- Vegetable oil (odorless) – 60 ml
- Vinegar - 60 ml
- Tomato sauce - 200 ml
- Ground coriander - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Sugar - 2 tbsp.l.
- Salt - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate the peeled beets and carrots on a fine grater.
Peel the onion from the husk and finely chop it.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the onion and fry until transparent.
Add the carrots and simmer for another 7-10 minutes.
Add beetroot, tomato sauce, sugar, salt and spices. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Pour in the vinegar, stir and remove the pan from the stove.
Spread out in prepared jars and roll up the beetroot.
