A few years ago, I tried adding nuts to jam for the first time. And we liked it so much that since then I have already tried a variety of combinations of ingredients. One of the most successful is with cranberries, and I will share it today.
Ingredients
- Lingonberries - 1 kg
- Sugar - 1 kg
- Nuts (any favorites) – 120 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Dry the nuts in a dry frying pan and chop finely.
Cover the cranberries with sugar, leave overnight, bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes.
Let the billet cool and cook for another 5 minutes.
Let the jam cool down again, add the nuts, boil for another 5 minutes and roll the jam into sterile jars.
