It is impossible to resist green gooseberry jelly at least because of its incredibly bright shade. Few berries or fruits are able to give such a unique color. That's why I really love this blank and I want to share it with you.
Ingredients
- Gooseberry (green) – 1 kg
- Water - 1 glass
- Sugar - 1 kg
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fill the gooseberries with water and boil for 10 minutes.
Grind through a sieve.
Add sugar and bring the mixture to a boil.
Boil the jelly for 15-20 minutes, stirring.
Pour it into clean, dry jars and roll it up.
