Step-by-step cooking recipe

Carefully remove the viburnum berries from the twigs, pour cold water for 10 minutes. Then drain the water, rinse the viburnum under running water and throw it into a colander.

If necessary, heat the candied honey until dissolved in a water bath or in a microwave oven for 1-2 minutes. If you have liquid honey, these manipulations will not be required.

Pour the viburnum with liquid honey, mix with light pressure so that the berries let the juice. Leave it on for 10 minutes.

Pour the berry mass with honey into the prepared small jars so that there is a layer of honey on top, and twist. Store the workpiece in the refrigerator for 6-9 months.
