The combination of peaches and zucchini turns out to be so original and unusual that it is difficult to guess by taste what this jam is made of at all. I strongly advise you to roll up at least a couple of jars in the summer – just in case you want to surprise your loved ones.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Cut the zucchini and peaches into cubes.

Boil water with sugar and boil until smooth.

Put the zucchini and peaches in the syrup and bring to a boil again.

Boil the jam for 20-30 minutes and add the vanilla at the end.

Roll the jam into sterile jars.
