Ingredients
- Strawberries - 500 g
- Raspberry - 500 g
- Sugar - 2 glasses
- Water - 5 l
- Lemon - 0.5 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the berries, remove the tails and put them in sterile jars.
Cover with sugar, add lemon juice and pour boiling water over everything.
Immediately roll up the compote for the winter.
