Salted and pickled cucumbers in a wide variety of variations are loved in different parts of the world. For example, I have such an amazing Jewish recipe in my piggy bank. Very simple, but very tasty vegetable preparation for every day.
Ingredients
- Cucumbers - 2 kg
- A mixture of peppers with peas - 1 tsp.
- Mustard Seeds - 1 tbsp.l .
- Coriander - 1 tsp.
- Greenery - 4 twigs
- Sugar - 2 tbsp.l.
- Salt - 1 art.l.
- Vinegar - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pre-soak cucumbers in cold water for a couple of hours.
Randomly cut them and put them in sterilized jars with spices and additives.
Pour boiling water over them and let them cool under the lids.
Drain this water.
Boil the same amount of clean water.
Add sugar, salt and vinegar to it.
Mix, pour cucumbers and roll them up for the winter.
