Ingredients
- Bell pepper - 1 kg
- Tomatoes - 700 g
- Honey - 3 tbsp.l .
- Vegetable oil - 0.3 glasses
- Salt - 0.5 art.l.
- Vinegar - 1 tbsp.l.
- Garlic - 3 cloves
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the tomatoes and chop them with a blender. Add the oil.
Bring to a boil and put the chopped bell pepper there.
Simmer the lecho for 40 minutes and then add all the other ingredients.
Simmer for another 3-4 minutes and roll the lecho into sterile jars.
