Step-by-step cooking recipe
Prepare pears, peel from seeds, cut into slices.
Boil water, add sugar and boil for 5-7 minutes.
Pour in the pears, boil for 2 minutes and put aside for 2 hours.
Peel the lemons and cut them into small pieces.
Put a saucepan with pears on low heat and bring to a boil again.
Add the lemons and boil for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and leave for 1.5-2 hours.
Bring the jam to a boil for the third time and boil for 10 minutes.
Spread out in sterilized jars, roll up, turn upside down and leave for a day in a warm place.
