- Sea Buckthorn - 300 g
- Water - 1 l
- Sugar - 150 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Prepare the berries. Take them out in advance and defrost, beat with a blender and grind through a sieve to separate the cake.
Pour water into a saucepan and bring to a boil. As soon as the water boils, pour the sea buckthorn cake into it, boil for 5 minutes and set aside for 30 minutes to infuse.
Strain the water with cake, add sugar and mix well so that it dissolves completely.
Mix sea buckthorn water and freshly squeezed juice, pour into a carafe and serve to the table.
