- Blackberries - 1 kg
- Sugar - 1 kg
- Orange - 2 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cover the blackberries with sugar and leave overnight.
Remove the peel from one orange and squeeze out the juice from two.
Mix everything with blackberries, bring to a boil and cook the jam for 15 minutes.
Roll it up in sterile jars.
