- Plums - 1 kg
- Sugar - 200 g
- Lemon juice - 50 ml
- Water - 1 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the plums, divide into halves, remove the bones.
Place the prepared plums in pre-sterilized jars.
Boil water and pour boiling water over the fruits in jars to the top. Cover the jars with sterile lids and leave to warm up for 15 minutes.
Drain the liquid from the cans into a saucepan, add sugar and lemon juice, cook the syrup.
Pour boiling syrup over the plums in jars “by the neck". Seal the jars tightly, turn them upside down, wrap them up and leave them to cool completely. Store the cooled workpiece in a cool, dark place.
