Lagman is a popular Asian dish that is prepared from different types of meat and vegetables. Today I propose to cook it with chicken. The amount of liquid will need a minimum — just enough to put out the chicken and vegetables.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 500 g
- Noodles - 300 g
- Potatoes - 200 g
- Radish - 200 g
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Tomatoes - 150 g
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Vegetable oil - 2 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Water (filtered) – 600 ml
- Dill (for submission) – 3 twigs
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut chicken fillet, dill and peeled vegetables into cubes.
In a deep cauldron, heat the oil, pour in the chicken and fry until golden brown on all sides.
Add the onion and carrot and continue cooking for 5 minutes.
Add radish, bell pepper and tomatoes. Fry for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add potatoes and lightly crushed garlic cloves. Cook for another 10 minutes.
Pour in hot water, add salt, ground pepper and simmer under the lid for 30 minutes.
Separately boil the noodles in salted water, put them in a colander and rinse with cold water.
Arrange noodles on plates, add meat and vegetables in gravy and sprinkle with dill.
