If you prefer simple and clear tastes and the same dishes – this cauliflower puree soup is created especially for you. I suggest adding a zest to it with a twig or two of fragrant fresh thyme.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Finely chop the onion and garlic, and fry in olive oil.

Pour vegetable broth and bring to a boil.

Add the cauliflower inflorescences and cook until soft.

Add the melted cheese and stir until it dissolves.

Chop the soup with a blender and add water, broth or milk to the consistency as needed.

When serving, garnish with thyme sprigs.
