Cream soup of zucchini or zucchini is a very interesting idea. But by itself, it does not have a very expressive taste, but it willingly absorbs the flavors and aromas of spices or additives. So I suggest experimenting, for example, with lemon and mint.
Ingredients
- Potatoes - 300 g
- Vegetable broth - 750 ml
- Zucchini - 2 pieces
- Lemon - 0.5 pieces
- Mint - 4 twigs
- Greenery - 0.5 beam
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Spices and seasonings - 2 tsp.
- Butter - 30 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Coarsely chop the potatoes and boil in vegetable broth until tender.
Add the chopped zucchini to the same place and cook a little more under the lid.
Finely chop all the herbs and garlic. Add them to the vegetables along with spices and butter.
Chop the soup with a blender, add lemon juice to taste and warm up for a couple more minutes.
