- Tomatoes - 1 kg
- Bell pepper - 1 kg
- Hot red pepper - 200 g
- Garlic - 100 g
- Cilantro - 10 g
- Fenugreek - 0,5 tsp.
- Coriander - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - 60 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel tomatoes and cut into medium pieces.
Bulgarian and hot pepper cut in half, remove the stalks and seeds.
Chop tomatoes, hot and bell peppers in a blender.
Put the vegetable mass in a saucepan, add salt, spices and cook for 10 minutes.
Add chopped coriander and garlic, cook for another 10 minutes.
Put the hot adjika into jars, roll it up and wrap it up for a day with a warm blanket.
