Tomato sauces are good, but even they can be significantly diversified. For example, here is a variant of Bulgarian pepper. It turns out to be quite sweet and at the same time unusual. Roll up a couple of jars in reserve!
Ingredients
- Bell pepper - 1 kg
- Chili pepper - 1 piece
- Garlic - 100 g
- Salt - 2 tsp.
- Vinegar - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pass the pepper, chili and garlic through a meat grinder.
Add salt and vinegar, and boil it for 10 minutes over medium heat, stirring.
Roll the sauce into sterile jars.
