Pickled cucumbers with grapes for winter are a great way to preserve the harvest and enjoy a fresh taste all year round. I like to add a little grape leaves and cloves to them for a rich taste. They are also perfectly combined with meat dishes and salads.
Ingredients
- Cucumbers - 5 pieces
- Grape leaves - 1 piece
- Carnation - 3 bud
- Grapes - 100 g
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Salt - 0.25 tsp.
- Allspice - 4 peas
- Vinegar - 2 art.l.
- Water - 150 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Soak cucumbers for a couple of hours in cold water.
Put cucumbers, grapes and all additives with spices in a sterile jar.
Pour boiling water and leave for 15 minutes under the lid.
Drain this water, add another 50 ml and boil it with salt.
Pour in the vinegar, pour the marinade over the cucumbers with grapes and roll up for the winter.
