- Gooseberry - 1 kg
- Water - 1 glass
- Sugar - 1 kg
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Sort out the gooseberries and cut off the tails.
Boil water with sugar and boil the syrup for 5-7 minutes.
Pour in the gooseberries and leave overnight.
Bring the jam to a boil and boil for 10 minutes.
Let it cool, boil for another 10 minutes and roll it into sterile jars.
