Adjika is a spicy Georgian dish. Traditionally, it is made from hot pepper dried in the sun. Now there are many variations of this recipe. There is even a green adjika without cooking. Let's cook it for the winter today!
Ingredients
- Bell pepper (green) – 2 kg
- Hot red pepper - 2 pod
- Garlic - 100 g
- Parsley - 50 g
- Vinegar - 100 ml
- Ground coriander - 0,5 tsp.
- Sugar - 50 g
- Salt - 50 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the bell pepper in half, peel off the seeds and stalks.
Disassemble the garlic into cloves and peel off the husk.
Chop parsley, garlic, hot and bell pepper in a blender.
Add sugar, ground coriander, salt and vinegar.
Mix, put in clean, dry jars and close tightly with nylon lids. Store the green adjika in a dark, cool place.
