Canned corn grains are very convenient to use later in salads and any other dishes. But sometimes I want something new, and on this occasion I hasten to share with you my favorite recipe for corn on the cob.
Ingredients
- Corn (peeled cobs) – 1.2 kg
- Water - 1 l
- Sugar - 2 tbsp.l .
- Salt - 2 tbsp.l .
- Vinegar - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Small ears can be left whole, and ordinary ones can be arbitrarily cut.
Boil the corn until soft, flip it into a colander and place it in sterilized jars.
Pour boiling water and leave under the lids for 15 minutes.
Drain this water, add salt, sugar and vinegar to it. and boil it again.
Pour back and roll up the corn.
