Pickled zucchini is not only delicious, but also healthy! They retain all their useful properties and vitamins, which is especially important in winter. I use this recipe every year, and my friends and relatives just love their taste.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini - 1.5 kg
  • Water - 600 ml
  • Vinegar - 12 tbsp.l .
  • Sugar - 4 tsp.
  • Salt - 4 tsp.
  • Allspice - 8 peas
  • Black Pepper - 16 peas
  • Garlic - 8 teeth
  • Bay leaf - 8 pieces

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Cut the zucchini into slices.

Divide all the ingredients into 4 parts and put them in sterile jars.

Pour boiling water and sterilize the jars for another 15 minutes in boiling water.

Roll up zucchini for winter.
