- Pear - 1 kg
- Sugar - 200 g
- Water - 3-4 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the pears and put them in sterile jars.
Pour boiling water, cover with lids and leave for 10 minutes.
Drain the water into a saucepan, boil again, pour the pears again and leave under the lids for another 10 minutes.
Drain the water again, add sugar to it and boil for the last time.
Pour the syrup over the pears and roll up the jars.
