Dry peas thoroughly rinse and soak for 2 hours in cold water.
Put the peas in a colander, rinse again and pour into boiling water. Cook for 1 hour.
Chop the smoked ribs, carrots, tomatoes and peeled onions.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the onion and carrot and fry until golden brown.
Add the ribs, ground bay leaf and finely chopped garlic. Cook for 8 minutes, stirring constantly.
Pour tomatoes into a saucepan with peas, roast with ribs and cook for 15 minutes.
Add green peas, salt, ground pepper. Warm up for 2 minutes on low heat and turn off. Infuse the finished soup under the lid for 15-20 minutes.
