Gooseberries are one of the healthiest berries, especially when fresh. That's why I prefer to cook raw jam from it without cooking. It needs to be stored in the refrigerator or in the cellar, but it retains a maximum of vitamins and taste.
Ingredients
- Gooseberry - 1 kg
- Sugar - 1 kg
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut off the tails of the gooseberry and put it through a meat grinder.
Add sugar and mix thoroughly.
Leave the jam for a while, mix again and put it in sterile jars.
Store it in the cellar or in the refrigerator.
